Once your order has been sent, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Ixorable is not responsible for any lost or delayed mail as tracking the location is beyond our control.

Therefore, we highly recommend buyers to opt for tracked shipping.

Please allow between 3 - 7 business days for your orders to be dispatched. 

Shipping time

Australia Post estimates that deliveries within Australia can take 5 - 12 business days and deliveries outside Australia can take 3 - 4 weeks.
